  • Sand Management Strategy: Assessing the requirement for either down hole or surface sand control; design real-time sand production monitoring systems and recommending allowable production limits.
  • Erosion: Determine the allowable, maximum well operating conditions for solids-free and solids-laden well streams. Calculate metal erosion rates based on solids production.
  • Corrosion: Determine the likelihood of corrosion and recommend the metallurgy for the down hole completion equipment and/or chemical inhibition strategy to mitigate corrosion.
  • Scale & Hydrates: Determine the propensity for hydrate and scale formation from down hole through to the well head and production system and recommend mitigating strategies such as chemical inhibition, surveillance and safe operating guidelines.
  • Tubing Stress Design: Detailed stress analysis of the production tubing, completion components and packers using Landmark’s WellCatTM software. All anticipated well operating conditions during construction, pressure testing, production, tubing leaks and well kill operations are considered to ensure the completion components can withstand the loads and stresses applied throughout the life of the well.
